Shipping Policy
Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before submitting your order to ensure you get your order. We can not change addresses on our end. You can contact us in the first 24- 72 hours (card processing time) and we can cancel your order for you if the address is incorrect. We will not be responsible for wrong information entered by customers.
We will try our best to achieve the earliest shipping times. However shipping can take up to 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD.
Card processing time: After your order has been placed, there will be a mandatory 24-72 hour card processing period (1- 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This is separate from the business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends or holidays, including when we are closed. Announcements will be made in advance. We have no control over shipping carriers.
Your order will not begin until the processing period is over and cleared. Then your orders business days will begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us. Please allow the mailing system we use a few hours to update your tracking information to their systems. Shipping can be 7 - 12 days some orders will be earlier and some may take longer depending on where you live and holidays or mailing volumes. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing systems.
Business days are MONDAY through FRIDAY not including weekends or holidays.
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday except holidays and anydays we announce we will be out. Sundays we are fully closed.
If your order seems to be fraudulent we will cancel your order or processing time may be a little longer. Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
There will be no refunds or exchanges to purchases unless the product has appeared to be defective by our company. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. Product(s) must be in the same condition it was received in with original packaging. ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN OR REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON ANY HAIR OR ANY WIGS.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages once the package has been shipped out. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
We reserve the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process. We as the company have the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.
